So very importantly we need to have positive references in life. That comes from positive environment.

I had a good walk this morning. Tried running for 6 minutes but I figured today I rather walk. After the walk I sprinted 3/4 my usual stretch.
So what is the challenge today? None other than to quit Nicorette. I had switched to regular sugarless gum. But once that finishes, I will stick to not having any artificial sweetener. Even the sugarless gum I will quit.
I need to do that before year end. No more dependency on nicotine.
I must maintain being physically active on daily basis. Everyday I am either moving towards my goal or away from it. It is the daily habits that form the character which will determine whether I reach my destiny. Therefore I must guard my daily habits from actions that are limiting. I must empower myself on daily basis.

I ate the Nasi Lemak Combo and had 3-in-1 coffee. Something I had not been having for quite a while. So today I will skip lunch and perhaps dinner.
