16/12/19 ***Tomorrow is my third attempt on the Mini Emperor's Rotine

So I'm going to condition my mind beginning tonight.

Basically I am too comfortable with the Lembah Kiara walk.  It doesn't require much effort.  All I do is walk fast.  Even better I have Ar Razi to talk to.  So time flies.

With the Mini Emperor's Routine, it is a new habit I need to acquire.

It starts with 30 minutes Nature Trail Elliptical.  Certainly that takes more effort than just going on autopilot.

Then I will follow up with 20 minutes of kettlebell.  Now, that is work and requires coordination.

So I associate the two activities with pain.  I need a strategy to overcome the pain.

I certainly need to start at 7:00 am.  I cannot shift it to 8:00 am.  If I do that, I will be too engrossed in talking to you and lose the momentum.

Which means I need to sleep latest by 12:00 am and still wake up at 6:00 am.  If I miss that window, my schedule will go haywire.

That was my mistake in the last two attempts.  It has to be automatic.  Don't think, just do!

#traxxfm Buddy, can I make a song request? I like you to spin Secret by Mary Lambert. Appreciate it...

#traxxfm You know something? I am puzzled by this behavior. Why do I need to make song requests if I can spin it on my own? I guess it's like playing the One Arm Bandit. I still like the feeling of hitting a jackpot.

Let see if I hit a jackpot tonight.  I just don't give a damn.  I just want to to take it easy [easy] really.  This is a good day for me.  Tomorrow begins tonight.

In the meantime, let call off the skirmish on Vader 7:7.  No point beating a dead horse.

Hey Sarah, you know what I had for dinner?  It was onion cheese thosai with teh tarik ("pull" tea) with real milk; pretty authentic Indian food.  This is the first time I had it.  It's triple the price at the Indian Bistro but boy, this is pretty genuine Indian stuff.

Let me see if I can get a photo:

Luckily I had the tea.  Otherwise I can whack another round.  It was so delicious.  The best thosai I ever had.

Normally a thosai looks like this:

It's made of rice flour.  The Indian normally have it for breakfast as a light snack.

Honey, you got to visit Malaysia next year.  It's Visit Malaysia Year 2020.  As for me it's Visit My 10 km Radius.  I got it all here.  No need to go anywhere.

This morning I bought authentic Terengganu (East Coast State) keropok (fish crackers) just outside my 10 km parameter in Kota Damansara.  So I don't even need to go to Terengganu.

Now, you told me you like gastronomy adventure.  Sini macam-macam ada (over here we have everything).

Please come Sarah...  I am dying to meet you.  I'll be your tour guide.  And you can be mine LOL.

Here is your lullaby honey:

I'm going to knock off early.  By 12:00 am sharp I'll be on bed.

Goodnight baby.  I love you so much...
