I made a good progress today. I managed to run. Tomorrow I'll chisel a bit more. No need to hurry. As long as I keep doing it everyday, I should reach my destination.
Most importantly, I feel good mentally, emotionally and physically when I run. It's not the same as walking. I need to run.
Gosh Sarah, I am already feeling groggy. I think because I cut the Nicorette today.
